Terms for the 48-Hour LLM Spend Diagnostic.

1. Service and business use

The 48-Hour LLM Spend Diagnostic is a one-time, fixed-scope technical service intended for businesses and professionals authorized to provide the relevant records. It is not a software subscription.

The published scope is exactly OpenAI and Anthropic over one exact shared continuous period of up to 31 days, a combined maximum of 50,000 rows and 50 MB, and either documented complete provider-native usage/cost JSON responses or the published normalized schema as CSV or a JSON array with the identical keys. Normalized billing must provide one undimensioned provider-total row per provider; native cost intervals must be contiguous, with only exact-overlap components.

2. Fit-check and purchase

Customers should complete the no-file fit-check before purchase. The fit-check must not include exports, API keys, passwords, credentials, raw prompts, customer content or unrelated personal data.

The seven-day launch price is $149 USD from 2026-08-18T01:00:00Z through 2026-08-25T01:00:00Z. The standard price after that period is $500 USD. Both prices cover the same published scope. Payment is one-time through Stripe; no subscription or automatic renewal is included.

3. Customer authority and source quality

The customer confirms that it is authorized to supply every file and that the requested processing is lawful. The customer must minimize data and remove credentials, raw prompts, customer content and unnecessary personal data before transfer.

The customer remains responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the supplied exports and for answering reasonable source questions. VANTYX Labs may reject files that are outside scope, unreadable, unsafe, unauthorized or materially incomplete.

4. Secure transfer and DATA ACCEPTED

Exports must not be attached to the fit-check email. The default supported transfer uses one customer-controlled, expiring HTTPS URL per accepted file, with one structured message per file and no more than four files for the engagement. Each URL must be self-contained and require no separately emailed password, bearer token or credential; the customer revokes it after confirmed download. The parties agree in writing on the transfer channel, processing location, retention arrangement and deletion expectation before any export moves.

The 48-hour delivery window starts only when VANTYX Labs confirms DATA ACCEPTED in writing after checking authorization, provider, period, format, readability, size and row limits. Checkout, transfer or receipt of a partial dataset does not start the delivery window.

5. Deliverables

The fixed package includes a coverage manifest, source mapping, normalized dataset, reconciliation workbook, variance register, cost-driver evidence, executive report, deterministic methodology, up to five prioritized next checks and one structured written findings handoff.

Unsupported monetary comparisons are marked NOT_COMPARABLE. Supported differences and unavailable fields are documented with source references, limitations and next checks. The service does not promise that all supplied records will reconcile and does not independently reprice source-supplied costs.

6. Refunds

A refund may be requested only in either of these circumstances:

• The proposed scope or supplied data is not accepted and substantive diagnostic work has not begun.
• VANTYX Labs misses the 48-hour delivery deadline after written DATA ACCEPTED.

No other refund is promised, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A refund request must be sent to hello@vantyxlabs.pt with the Stripe receipt reference and no exported data attached.

7. No guaranteed outcome

The diagnostic provides a technical reconciliation of accepted source exports. It does not guarantee savings, recovered charges, provider refunds, remediation, revenue or another business outcome. An exception is not automatically evidence of waste or overbilling.

The service is not legal, tax, accounting or financial-statement assurance, and its outputs should not be represented as such.

8. Confidentiality and data handling

Service data is handled according to the written intake arrangement and the published data-handling policy. The exact retention and deletion terms are agreed before transfer; this page does not claim a universal retention period that has not been implemented.

9. Use of deliverables

The customer may use the delivered diagnostic internally for the business purpose agreed in the engagement. Provider names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation with OpenAI or Anthropic is implied.

10. Applicable rights and changes

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. The seller is based in Portugal, and mandatory applicable law continues to apply.

Material changes apply only to future purchases unless the customer agrees otherwise in writing. The terms presented at purchase govern that engagement.
